The Buddha's Pantry Team has recently catered for 250
participants during the "DRUBCHEN" at Vajradhara Gonpa in
Northern NSW.
The DRUBCHEN was bestowed by HE Dzongsar Khentse Rinpoche
and marked the ending of the first three year retreat in
Australia.
The Feedback about the quality, taste, freshness and beauty
of the food was outstanding and marked the ripening of the
Team as a 5 star catering service.
A team of professional cooks offer the following services:
- Catering for Buddhist Retreats (large numbers ok)
- Catering for functions
- Running food and drink stalls at festivals and other
events
We currently hold a Stall at
the Blackheath Grower's Market every second Sunday of the
month from 8 am to 12 pm. We serve Delicious Handmade Momos
(Tibetan Steamed Dumplings) to have at Market or take home
and Chai as well as selling our Chai Mix for you to brew
your own.
