In July 2007 members
of Sakya Trinley Ling went to Kyegu Monastery
in Kham, Eastern Tibet to set up an English
teaching programme for orphan monks. This 50
minute documentary is an intimate look at the
trials, tribulations and joy at being closely
involved with the extraordinary spirit of
Tibetan Children and their hunger to learn. The
footage contains scenes from getting there over
high passes, to shopping for books to
highlights from the classrooms. Entertaining
and funny.
