Tuesday Evenings 7 to 8pm
The Sessions are suitable for beginners and practitioners of all stages.
Minimum Donation per Session is $ 15.
After School Children's Programme
Wednesday Afternoons 3 30 - 4 15pm 6 - 8 year olds
Wednesday Afternoons 4 30 - 5 15pm 9 - 12 year olds
Our aim is to introduce children to Buddhist values such as kindness, compassion and generosity, which are universal qualities.The programme is designed for parents to bring their children along for fun activities. We will include a Buddhist story, short prayers, a brief meditation and craft activities.inging, chanting, Tibetan Language and more......
Minimum Donation per Session is $ 5 per child or $ 15 per family
Your Donation will go torward Lama Tsekyab's daily living expenses such as food and other essentials and towards the costs of his English Classes at Wentworth Falls TAFE. In the Tibetan tradition the community supports monks and nuns in this way and in return individuals receive great merit.
If you are unable to attend the above sessions, you may be able to arrange an individual session.
